Monkey Joe’s is an indoor inflatable play center for children with locations in 18 states. For this project, D.H. Griffin Construction worked with Zimmer Development to modify an existing former Books-A-Million location with an all-new facade, MEP and fire protection services, a complete interior build-out, and new finishes. Spaces in the finished space include the indoor play area, concession kitchen/dining room, party rooms, offices, and restrooms.
