COAST Restaurant

DHGC worked very closely with the customers on this project to make their dreams become a reality, and in the process we built a beautiful, freestanding, two-story restaurant we are very proud of.

The 8,592 SF building was designed from ground-up with a structural steel frame with light gauge framing and brick, stone and glass facade. Main dining has a two-story, open concept with a spiral staircase to access the second story for restaurant staff only. Large windows provide openness and height. Bars spanning almost 90 feet on first and second floors with the upper having roll-up garage doors for open-air area leading to the upper deck for outside seating and events. Accessibility by stairs and elevator.

Restaurant is served by an oversized kitchen with two cooklines and one line is used for catering and overflow. Concrete floors in open areas are stained concrete in ocean blue. All new mechanical and electrical and plumbing serve all restaurant needs and specialty whimsical lighting as well as elaborate finishes for atmosphere. The site was landscaped along with sod areas for instant appeal supported by full irrigation.

A fun and exciting addition to the Triad's dining and entertainment attractions.
